Cashtag
A searchable financial ticker tag added to a Skeet using the $ symbol.
A Cashtag is a stock or cryptocurrency ticker symbol prefixed with the $ sign (e.g. $AAPL, $BTC) that can be added to a Skeet. Similar to a Hashtag, Cashtags let users discuss and find content about specific financial assets. They're popular among investors and traders on Bluesky who share market analysis and commentary. Cashtags can also be picked up by Custom Feeds focused on finance topics.
